Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return once opened or used:
- Opened perfumes
- Used fragrance oils
- Personal care products that have been opened

Return Shipping Cost
- Free return if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent.
- If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
